We aim to foster partnerships with local community, business and sporting groups in the interests of promoting and assisting talent development within the region.

SWAS recognises the vital role our sponsors play in supporting the Academy and will work to ensure their contribution is recognised and valued.

Region wide
Our services will be provided across the whole of the region to ensure wherever possible athletes do not need to spend excess time travelling.

SWAS will assist talented athletes to achieve a balance between their sporting, family, academic and community lives.

Professional
We pride the values we bring to the Academy. We act at all times in an impartial and fair manner that respects the values and rights of families and young athletes. We recognise the importance of being open, honest and accountable for our actions.
